Pineapple stitch earrings2

Learning crochet stitches everyday is so much fun. 
One of them called "Pineapple stitches". 
I'm loving it :)


This pineapple stitch earrings is fun to make, doesn't take that long,
 and is so much lighter than the previous pineapple stitch earrings one I'd made. 
I try to explain it as an easy to follow pattern :) :)


Materials needed:

A choice of your cotton thread
(not sure what no. is this lol )
A pliers
2pcs gold earrings wire

2.5 mm hook

For the pattern: 

ch6, slip stitch to form a ring

Row 1
into the ring
ch3, then ch1, dc
Ch3, dc,ch1,dc 
Turn
Row 2
sl. st. to the first ch1 space
ch4, dc same space
ch2,work dc,ch1,dc into ch3 space
ch2, dc,ch1,dc to the ch1 space
turn
Row 3
sl. st. to the first ch1 space
ch4,dc same space
ch3, to the next ch1 space (middle)
work 8 dc
ch3,dc,ch1,dc last ch1 space.
turn
 


Row 4
sl st, ch4, dc to the first ch1 space
ch3,
*dc next st,ch1,dc next st, ch1 
to the 8 stitches of previous row
ch3, dc,ch1,dc to the last ch1 space.
turn
 Row 5
sl.st. ch4, dc to the ch1 space
*ch3, sc to the ch1 space
*ch3, sc to the next ch1 space, 
repeat until you complete each 8sts.
ch3, dc,ch1,dc to the last ch1 space.
(You should have 6 ch3 space here)
turn
Row 6
sl.st, ch4, dc to the ch1 space
ch3, *sc to the ch3 space, ch3
repeat* to each of next ch3 space
ch3, dc,ch1,dc to the last ch1 space.
(5 ch3 spaces)
turn
Row 7
sl.st. ch4, dc to the ch1 space
ch4, *sc to the ch3 space, ch3
repeat* to each of next ch3 space
ch4, dc,ch1,dc to the last ch1 space.
(4 ch3 spaces made)
turn

Row 8
sl.st., ch4, dc to the ch1 space
ch4, *sc to the ch3 space, ch3
repeat* to each of next ch3 space
ch4, dc,ch1,dc to the last ch1 space.
 (3 ch3 spaces made)
turn

Row 9 
sl st, ch4, dc to the ch1 space
ch4, sc to the ch3 space, ch3, sc next ch3 space
ch3, sc next ch3 space
ch4, dc,ch1,dc last ch1 space
(2 ch3 spaces made)
turn

Row 10
sl. st., ch4, dc into first ch1 space
ch4, sc to the ch3 space, ch3, sc next ch3 space
ch4, dc,ch1,dc last ch1 space
 turn

Row 11
sl. st, ch4, dc first ch1 space
ch4, sc to the ch3 space
ch4, dc,ch1,dc last ch1 space
turn

Finishing 
sl. st., to the ch1 space, ch2

dc to the last ch1 space

 Fasten off
weave ends to secure 
connect the gold earring wire 
and you will have a beautiful earrings ;)

Beautiful Shell stitch Scarf

  



This is one of my favorite stitch when it come to shell stitches.
 so many things you can do out of this stitch.
It can be scarf, cowl, wrap around scarf, shawl, depends on what you like. 
This is an easy pattern, easy to follow, you will love it!.




 I used 4.5 mm hook
A red acrylic yarn, 
of course you can choose your own favorite yarn.
scissor for weaving ends
buttons (optional) if you want a wrap around scarf 
or 
you can just close using slip stitch.


For the pattern: 

Multiple by 10 plus 6 extra turning chain

I started mine as chain 30 plus 6


Row 1 : 
1 dc into 6th chain from hook
*ch3, skip 3 sts, 1sc into each of next 3 sts
ch3, skip 3 sts
1dc,ch3,1dc into next st.
repeat from* to end
1dc, ch2, 1dc into last chain.


Row 2:
ch3 count as first dc
3dc into first ch2 space, 
*ch3, 1 sc into 2nd stitch of 3 sts (middle)

Ch3, work 7dc into next ch3 space (v-stitch)
repeat from * to end.
work 4dc into last ch3 space.
 
Row 3:
ch1 count as first sc, 
1sc into each of next 3 sts.
*ch5, 1sc into each of next 7 sts., 
repeat from* to end
ch5, 1sc into next 3 sts.,
1sc into 3rd chain of ch3.

Row 4:
 ch1 count as first sc
1sc next st
*ch3, 
1dc,ch3,1dc to the 3rd chain of ch5
ch3, skip 2 sts., 1sc next 3 sts., (shell part)

repeat from* to end
skip 2 sts., 1sc next st
1sc last chain.
 Row 5:
ch1 count as first sc
*ch3, 7dc into ch3 space
 ch3, 1sc into 2nd st of 3sts (middle)
 repeat from*
sc last chain.

Row 6:
ch1 count as first sc, 
ch2, 
*1sc into next 7sts., (shell part)
ch5, repeat from* 
ch2, 1sc into first chain.
 Row 7:
ch3 count as first dc
ch2 turn, 1dc same st.
*ch3, skip 2 sts., 1sc into each of next 3 sts.,

ch3
1dc, ch3, 1dc into 3rd ch of ch5
repeat from* to end
work 1dc, ch2, 1dc last chain.


Repeat row 2 to row 7 until you have your desired length.

add buttons or slip stitch to close
