Spider man inspired colors star baby blanket

This week I was busy crocheting a star inspired colors spider man baby blanket, turned out beautiful and I added an eyes on it. This blanket measures 37 inches, can also used as a play mat.

My daughter loves it and while I am making it, she already testing it hahaha with some of her friends the telletubbies, how cute are they?

I can't take a perfect colors for it, but when I blocked it, it came out naturally, (picture above)

I used dark blue, red, black and white for the eyes.

For the pattern, I used 5mm hook, and a carnival 8ply yarn, following the diagram I found in Pinterest, starting with a magic ring and work 4dc cluster, following with shell stitch and increase until you finished.

To make it look like a spiderman, I crochet a simple eyes on it.

Using 3mm hook and white color yarn (8Ply)

Chain 4, slip stitch to make a ring, ch2 count as first dc,
work 8dc into the ring (9dc in total)
Ch2, dc same st, 2dc next 4 sts (10dc), fasten off, insert black yarn
and work sc all around, fasten off and weave ends and sew it in front of the red clusters part of the blanket. and you're Done with your spider man star baby blanket.

* Blocking is essential

This is only an inspiration, and 100% handmade by ME.
Hope you all like it!

Happy Crocheting!!! <3
