Hello everyone,  did you tried the crochet planned pooling yet?  take patience but if you get the hang of it, you will love it.

I've done so many research, watch youtube videos, so many froggings done haha and nearly give up doing this, but if you love what you are doing, you keep on trying isnt it? Well, I did and was a success.

What is planned pooling?

Planned pooling is a techniques where you  work the colors of a multi-colored skein of yarn to make a specific design or color effect when you crochet.
If  you want more information, please visit this site as it will really help you

If you have the right multi colored yarn, you can do it.

This was my first attempt and I don't know how many attempts I did but it did pools 😊😃
Magic chain of 22 using 4.5mm hook and moss stitch.

This was my second attempt, home&co yarn from Kmart, (Australia)  colours purple, pink, red. But then I'd like the Argyle style and I keep on trying and trying hahaha, glad it was a success.

This is the way I want my pooling to be, I started with purple, I chain 36 until half way of pink then start the row2 using moss stitch and a 4.5mm hook and finished a scarf (picture above).

These are the link I used and watched on how to do planned pooling, hope it will helps

Patience is always a virtue, just keep on trying and you will  love how your work turned out.

If you are in Australia, we have a group will help you on what kind of yarn are pooling, please visit and you are all welcome to join.

Hope this will help you and thank you for taking the time reading my blog.
